STUDENT ELIGIBILITY, FEE REQUIREMENTS, & EMPLOYMENT ASSURANCES

Any individual 18 years of age or older is eligible to take the Article 9, CPR, First Aid, CIT, and other individual classes offered by PCTC. Unfortunately, at this time, individuals who wish to become certified as a Direct Care Worker must be sent to us through a Caregiving Agency.  Fees are due and payable at the time of enrollment in the class, and, except in special circumstances, are non-refundable.

Agencies wishing to use PCTC get their caregivers certified as  Direct Care Workers may make special financial arrangements on either an annual contractual or individual class basis by contacting PCTC. While PCTC will make every effort to see that each student passes all tests and earns his or her certificate of completion, it offers no guarantee that any particular student  will pass.
